Faces of Death (1978)

Well, almost all of it is fake. Other than the autopsy footage and a tiny selection of newsreel footage - everything else is staged. The electrocution, the gas chamber, the cannibal ritual, the alligator attack - all fake! If you're one of those people who fell for it - bow your head in shame. If you want real death scenes footage try Faces of Gore instead - it's significantly worse than this load of fakery, and is so sick that even we can't bare to watch it.
